When should I place my order?
Orders can be placed as early as a year before the event and up to three weeks before. On some ocassions last minute orders can be made if there is space available. Generally orders should be placed 2-3 months in advance.
Does the price include delivery?
Orders can be delivered within the area for a small charge. Please contact me for orders outside of the area.
Are the cakes frozen?
All cakes are baked fresh for each customer.
Can each tier be a different flavour?
Yes, definitely, mix and match any flavour and filling from our choices.
Can I present a picture for A Slice of Heaven to duplicate?
Of course, please do. Once a picture is presented we will provide you with a quote.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations are no problem providing they are made no later than two (2) weeks before your scheduled pick up date. At this point your deposit will be returned. If the cancellation is made 1-13 days prior to the scheduled pick up date, payment in full is due.
